“Courage—anything so directly or indirectly done in which the manifestation of the will is towards righteousness” Yogi Bhajan
We attract our destiny, our future. What you put out into the world comes back to you. Your thoughts and your actions. You can think of it as karma or simply cause and effect. We are either magnets for blessings or disaster.
When I attended Paul Mitchell, my mentor, Kelly Cardenas, said “Commitment eliminates options.” This is true and commitment takes courage.
Over my lifetime, commitment has not been one of my strongest qualities. I could always commit to certain things, but if something took a lot of hard work I would more often than not give up before I finished the task.
Currently, I am working on commitment. More than anything I am committing to myself to make my life happy, joyous and free. I will do whatever it takes. Sobriety was step one. Letting go of the people that didn’t serve me any longer is/was step two. Moving on from places that have already served me in the past is also an important step and takes courage.
I love Bali and I used to think I wanted to live here. In all honesty, I was drawn to Bali because it was going to save my life. In every way Mother Bali has taught me life lessons that has forever changed me. I will visit every year to see my Bali family, but I have to “Let it go.....To let go is to attract.”
I manifest people, places, money and situations. You can call it manifesting or asking God for something by praying. I’m a firm believer that God provides. Just keep saying yes to the right opportunities. If you have a gut feeling about something, it’s probably the right thing to do. Just do it. Take the first step, it takes COURAGE.
Yogi Bhajan said during a lecture in 1980, “Courage is the commitment of righteousness. It is courage when everybody sleeps in the morning and somebody gets up for Sadhana. Why? Why is it courage? Because it is feeding your computer for that day, that's why. Somebody goes to the movies, somebody does this, but somebody else wants to sit down and praise the Lord.
A sexual relationship is not courage, but marriage is courage. Marriage is not courage, but living through it is courage. Living through a marriage is not courage, but making its environment divine is courage. Making its environment divine is not courage, but being divine is courage. Being divine is not courage, but manifesting the divine is courage. Manifesting the divine is not courage. So something is courage at one stage and at another is not.
The definition of courage and commitment changes with consciousness. All humans are with different levels of consciousness, different levels of ethics, different levels of commitment, different desires, different meditations, different manifestation, different projects. But there is one project which surmounts all projects and that is to serve the holy, to be the holy. That's the infinite law: to serve the holy and be the holy. That will make Mother Nature and the Universe come and serve you. Before you deal with anybody, deal with God first. So God within and without may be corrected.”
My prayer for you today is that you will go forward throughout this life with courage. Pray, Manifest and Meditate..... Dream up your future by making a dream board filled with photos of things you want in your life. Arrange the photos in a collage as a wallpaper on your computer, iPad or iPhone screen. (those are the things we see the most) Live the life you want to live. You create your reality. God gave us free will and choices, use that gift wisely. Trust God in ALL things and THANK Him for EVERYTHING.

The law of attraction is a law of nature: all things similar in nature will naturally gravitate to one another. this law is as true and straightforward as as gravity. Everything is made of energy, including you and your thoughts. Seen like this, everything is connected; energy attracts energy. If you send out a signal, the law of attraction matches this signal to all those things with a similar vibration. Like a magnet your thoughts attract reality. Even when you think about what you do not want, that is exactly what you shall attract. Your whole life today, and every new day after, mirrors this law. Everything you live now, is created by yesterday’s thoughts. What you think today, will shape your future. do you see the connection between what you think and what happens in your life? this card asks you to choose your thoughts wisely. If you do, you can experience the power and potency of the law of attraction, and steer your life more and more consciously. If you want this law to work in your favor, it is important to set goals and stay focused. Everything you give attention will grow, and this applies to your intentions as well. Imagine that whatever you want to create is already there. Visualize it, feel it, believe in it. Give it extra strength by starting to feel grateful for the effects already. the final step: Let it go. To let go is to attract.
