Just Go

“To have a conflict is a conscious act. But to keep it inside, and hidden, is a personal crime.” — Yogi Bhajan

We all have had moments of fear in our lives. The question is, Do we let fear hold us back? Quite often fear can be stifling, stressful and exhausting. In my life fear has lead to anxiety and anxiety crippled me for years.

Today, I’m LIVING LIFE! I don’t live in fear of tomorrow, I live in the now taking each moment day by day.

Many of us have fear of finances, but that is just how the western world is designed. Commercialism rules our lives — more money, more stress, more stuff. I live in the mindset of abundance. Manifesting abundance brings abundance, however, scarcity brings only more scarcity.

Fear is not from God. If you are seeking the light you will find it increasingly easier to live life in a positive way. You will attract more people and endless opportunities.

I have been traveling the world for the past four years constantly going back to the same places.... my comfort zones. This year, I have made big strides by stepping out on my own. I have realized that being in a relationship is a beautiful compliment to my life and it is no longer my entire life. I have embraced the alone time God has provided me. I have gotten to know myself in a deeper way connecting to my passions and desires. Through meditation and prayer I have let go of the fear of being alone. My friend Jero says, “Liz, you are not alone, you have God.” He is absolutely right.

Now, moving forward, I no longer need the crutch of the familiar. I don’t need an exact plan. I just follow my heart, listen to the spirit and let God lead the way.

Yogi Bhajan said, “We have the ultimate strength of the spirit—the soul. You may not know it, but you have an awakened soul. We are born spiritual people. Simply, we have to be kind and cozy as humans. So there is nothing to worry about. Then you grow to the conflict of the self: fear and vengeance. Do you have a control on that conflict? Do you have a practice, in collaboration with your mind and consciousness, that you shall not take revenge and you shall not have fear? Nirbhao (beyond fear), nirvair (beyond vengeance)—these are two words. But when you confirm, “I shall have no vengeance and I shall have no fear,” then you will feel Guru with you. Then Ang Sang Wahe Guru (“God is in every part of me”) will be felt. This can’t be wrong”

My prayer for you today is that you will be able to let go of the fear that rules your life. Allow yourself the peace of mind to trust that God is in control. Step out of your comfort zone today and try something new. This year, travel to a new place or talk to people that you wouldn’t normally talk to. If you are open and fearless you can JUST GO. The opportunities in your life will be full of endless blessings.

You know what is best for you, but you are not brave enough to step out of your comfort zone yet. You let fear dictate your life. Fear is never the best adviser. Do not let it hold you back. Empower yourself by breaking through fear. You may see this card as encouragement; a gentle push forward. Follow your heart, that can never be beaten. The word ‘courage’ comes from the Latin word ‘coeur’ for heart: it takes courage to follow your heart, no matter what fear tells you. Let go of what your surroundings would want you to do, what your worries would want you to do and do not let your own limiting beliefs stop you. Follow your own path using the coming period to really focus on manifesting your dreams. Stop doubting, deep down you already know, now is the time for action. Just go. Do not devalue yourself, you are worthy of living your dreams, go chase them. Spread your wings and you shall see that your “goals naturally appear.” Take the first step today!
